The Grievance Officer also answers questions about how we process personal data (DPDP Rules, Rule 9).
What you can raise
- A complaint about how Embrolink handles your personal data.
- A request to see, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent.
- A request to name a nominee who can use your rights if you die or cannot act.
- A complaint about content or conduct on the Service, or about these Terms.
Most requests you can do yourself, straight away:

How to write to us
E-mail [GRIEVANCE E-MAIL] or post a letter to the address above. Please include:
- your name and the mobile number or e-mail you use with Embrolink (so we can find you — never send a password or a one-time code);
- the company workspace, if your complaint is about one;
- what happened and what you would like us to do;
- copies of any messages or screenshots that help.
We may ask you to confirm it is you, usually with a code sent to your registered mobile number.
What happens next

If we need more time for a reason outside our control, we tell you why and when to expect an answer, within the limits above.
If your data was entered by your employer or a business
Records of employees, workers and business contacts belong to the company that uses Embrolink. It decides how they are used. Please ask that company first. If you write to us, we pass your request to the company within [5] business days and tell you we did, and we help the company answer.
If you are not satisfied
After using this process, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India under section 13(3) of the DPDP Act ([BOARD WEBSITE — confirm]) (needs user).
