Delete your Embrolink account

You don’t need the app. Enter the mobile number you sign in with and we’ll send a code to confirm it’s you.

1. 1What is deleted: your login, name, mobile number, e-mail, profile photo and sign-in history — within 14 days.
2. 2What stays with your employer: business records you entered (job cards, stock, bills) belong to the company that invited you. Your name on them is replaced with “Former user”. Some records are kept for up to a year where the law requires it, as the Privacy Notice explains.
3. 3Owners: if you own a workspace, you can export it and delete it completely from Settings → Organisation, or ask us at [SUPPORT E-MAIL].
